Our proven Windows teaching method and 100% past success rate guarantees that ...
With no previous exposure to Windows... or even to computers at all! we will make you into a competent user in just one day.

We will turn an existing competent Windows user into a true expert in just one day.

This course doesn't teach you any specific application. It gives you the grounding you need in the Windows XP environment - generic skills that are applicable to everything you will ever do with your computer.

Our core course doesn't assume that you have even seen a computer before. It takes you through everything from raw basics to sophisticated file management.

The Windows XP operating system is probably the most complex piece of software ever written yet most users have had no formal training and remain baffled by many Windows concepts.

In our course we'll explain exactly what an operating system is, what it does and how it fits into the overall architecture of the computer. We'll even touch on how windows has evolved through versions 3, NT3, 95, NT4, 98, 2000, ME and XP and why XP is radically different from all previous versions. We'll also explain how Windows differs from the other two common operating systems - UNIX and Mac.

You'll learn techniques that will empower you to develop a logical hierarchal storage system that will always allow you to find files quickly and efficiently and show you how to use the Search Companion to find files even when you've forgotten their name and location.

We'll teach you how to use all of the Windows common user access controls such as combo boxes, radio buttons and check boxes. You'll learn all of the generic text entry techniques such as cut, copy, paste, delete and insert.

Perhaps you are an executive who has shunned computers before but now needs a jump start to begin exploiting the power of modern desktop computers. Perhaps you are completely new to computing and need to quickly learn all of the basic skills you will need in the office. Whatever your needs, you will find that our XP Professional course will empower you to immediately begin using your computer productively and give you the grounding you will need to master modern windows applications.
